Owner needs to remember to show compassion, when someone states they lost a close family member (father) and you don't offer condolences then act like they are inconveniencing you. That's bad business and just bad in general. It may be business to you but to the family, it's much more, rememebr that please so that no one else has to feel the way I did that day.
