It's been a joke with this Company. Now it seems to me that being so patient for so long might have to take some drastic measures through legal system
I have been a customer of theirs for over a year.anytime I had any issues they solved it rather it be with the rental or payment issues
We have been a customer of theirs since April 2015. Anytime we had an issue, whether it be with a payment or service ( the latch broke on one of the recliners of our love seat), they have been great in dealing with us. Granted, we are paying premium money for this furniture, but the people at Aaron's have been fantastic with the way they have been dealing with us.
I have a customer since January 2016. Ever since I got my Sofa, it has problem with arm rest. Call many times to get it fixed, still as of today not fixed. Now going into April.
