I AM PISSED
I would like everyone to know just how messed up St. Claire Hospital is, I went the other day to be a support for a friend in extreme pain. I was just informed that the Dr and nurses said they over heard a conversation between the two of us and said that we both Both were drug seeking both BOTH of us. Now this was a private conversation,about when I was in the hospital ER for my chest pain and they gave me morphine which I said I hated and told them I didn't want anymore of that stuff. How am I supposed to feel about this? I am so mad I could spit nails not only did they not give my friend medical care now they are saying just because I was there for support I was drug seeking as well I am not happy
Took my daugher for an ultrasound and upon walking in to checkin the receptionist was on the phone having a personal conversation and barely even looked up as she asked my daughters name and said have a seat and someone will be with you in a moment. We sat down and 4 more people came in within the next 5 minutes and she told whomever she was speaking with to hold on a sec grabbed there name and told thek to also have a seat it would just be a moment. After sitting for almost 20 minutes with no one in any registration room being checked in. The staff finally came through the door with breakfast where they had been up to the cafeteria. Then when we finally got called to be checked in I ask if there was anyone else in front of us for an ultrasound because my daughter was tired and cranky and the check in lady basically flipped her long blonde hair and said I dont know who here for what but you will get called back when its your turn. They can tell you how many are in front of you because they have told us everytime we have been here before. The check in staff is rude and not willing to answer questions at all. But on a positive note the ultrasound tech was great with my daugter and all of her questions.
I cant openly say why. Just don't let the nurses around your stuff while you sleep.
Had a such a sweet and caring team attend to me yesterday. Thank you especially to the nurses Rebecca and Teletha.
Wonderful service! The staff was very kind and compassionate towards my son during his stay.
