This truly is an incredible service! I had a nasty tread separation on I-64. Luckily had a full-sized spare, but no tools. Jerry came out and got it fixed no problem! What COULD have potentially taken me a couple of hours, and caused me to miss an important meeting, only took about 30 minutes thanks to Jerry. He's all setup to take card on-sight, so this process works seamlessly!!!
What an awesome job Jerry did! I locked myself out of my RV while camping in Twin Knobs and my dog was inside! Jerry returned my call right away and was at my campsite within 20-30 minutes, five minutes later I was in the RV! He was so nice...definitely my hero for the weekend.
