Disgusting conditions for animals. It breaks my heart every time I go in there. They need to be shut down. It’s completely inhuman and sickening.
This place is pretty good for a pet store. The animals seemed to be in pretty good shape and they let you hold them. They always have a sale. The lighting in the store is poor and it's more of a pet store than a grooming facility. Their stock seems a bit random, rodents and birds are a constant, but you never know when they'll have cats, dogs, or ferrets. They seem to sell live feeder mice, which seems a bit inhumane to me. They'll keep about 15-20 feeder mice in a 20 gallon tank. Feeding snakes frozen thawed is best because it doesn't give the mice unnecessary cruelty and it's safer for your snake since the mice will defend itself. The rodent cages aren't the best kept, they have little bedding and water bowls, so their bowls are always dirty.
None of the animals other than cat and dogs had been socialized at all. You could tell that the only time the cages are opened are for feedings and they haven't been held. I went in looking for a small pets and walked away in tears because of how these animals are being treated. Cannot bring myself to support this business.
Took my pup to get groomed here, realized a day later that they shaved her thumb nearly off and shaved the bottoms her foot pads. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND DO NOT GO TO ALL PAWS BOUTIQUE. Only gave a 1 because there isn't an option for no stars.
Lady was nice to us, i got an amazing dog for $350 no extreme complaints really, the dog i bought was owned by a previous family
