I would suggest an alternative place to buy a bed.
And the 300 gift card turned into 120 gift card and then was told ( I never said 300 dollars I would've never said that) so basically I was called a liar and they were basically rude about the whole thing when questioned.
Was told I could get a Tv or a 300 dollar gift card to Best Buy for free if I financed it at 6 months free interest.
Well genesis credit is a terrible place to get financing I had so much trouble just making a payment they were not liking the fact that I wanted to pay it off and not make payments. Just an over all hassle.
So just an update I've emailed the customer service as they requested ( a few weeks ago ) but have heard nothing in reply so I'll assume they reply to bad reviews to make it look as though they care?
Wanted to pay for my bed straight out but was talked into getting it financed.
I purchased a mattress set at this location. The sales lady was very friendly and knowledgeable about the merchandise. I loved my mattress unfortunately the bed began to sag after about two years. I went on the website filed a warranty report and received a phone call the next day. The company sent out someone to check out the mattress. This gentlemen was very friendly and polite. I received a letter in about three days stating I could pick out another set of mattresses up to the amount of what I paid for the last set. I went back to picked out what I wanted from the same sales lady that worked there. The sales lady was still just as friendly and helpful as before. The same gentlemen that came to my house before to check out the mattress then returned with my new mattress set with in one week. I will use this same place and highly recommend it to others as well. The processes to me went by quickly and very swiftly.
And this sounds great right? I thought so too.
